2012年3月6日、北米有数の医薬品卸売会社でFortune 500（フォーチュン500）社の1つであるAmerisourceBergen（アメリソースバーゲン）がWorld Courier（ワールド・クウリアー）買収の正式契約を締結したことをお知らせ致します。
